Elvia holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a specialization in Auditing from The Central University of Ecuador.

After gaining several years of experience in Accounting with a diversity of companies, she decided in 2001 to explore new horizons in the United States.

In 2004 Elvia joined the Salient Associates team. Since then, she has been responsible for monitoring and recording the financial flow for the company. Elvia's duties also include verifying that all transactions are accurate and equally fair with the company's guidelines as well as the clients’ interest.
