Manny joined the Salient team as a project manager in 2006 bringing with him 15 years of experience in the Telecom industry. He has worked with various carriers like AT&T, Nextel, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile and Cingular which has given him the knowledge to optimize networks to its full potential. He has a keen understanding of the latest hi-tech engineering needs of the telecom community such as 3G, 4G, Wi-FI and in-building installations.

In addition to his telecom background, Manny has twenty plus years of construction experience which includes commercial, industrial and residential. He also possesses an Associate degree in Applied Science for Computer Information Systems.
