Kensington III Deck Replacement

Description:
The Kensington III Townhome Association consists of twenty-nine townhomes, all of which had deteriorating deck spaces off the second floor. During the effort to renovate the decks to the current safety standards we expanded them to give all of the residents extra outdoor living area. The decks were redesigned that aesthetics would blend in with the entire Kensington community.
